Case Study: KUL MOCKS
BY JEFF REDMON/BREAKTHROUGH IMPACT GROUP
➡️Check out this INCREDIBLE case study about KUL MOCKS – Craft Mocktails, a certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise by the WBENC ➡️
Creating KUL MOCKS – Craft Mocktails wasn’t just about the beverages; it was about creating the experience of drinking a cocktail without the alcohol. The beverages launched in market in July 2020. The company now has rapid growth expansion plans in this emerging brand space and can be found in 14 states!
Situation: With KUL MOCKS – Craft Mocktails business taking off, the owner started working with Breakthrough Impact Group, attending monthly roundtable meetings, and having Jeff Redmon serve as a mentor and coach. Shortly after joining BiG, the organization hit an investment-related roadblock and needed critical business conversations to take place to make progress and do so quickly.
Result: With Jeff’s mentorship and the resources Breakthrough Impact Group brings, like access to strategic advisory board member Rick Brimacomb, the owner was able to move things forward quickly. Rick came in at a crucial time when solutions were stalled out. Through his connections and decisiveness, the owner was able to instantly connect with the right resource and completely changed the trajectory of the conversations that were being had.
“When you are the owner, you constantly have to juggle working on the business and in the business. BiG provided that much-needed strategic planning insight with experience and industry know-how to help me stay on track and carve out work time. Not only that, the resources help problem-solve when you feel stuck and spark necessary action.
With the guidance of Jeff, Rick, and the other members, the experience has been valuable and positive. I am beyond grateful to have this support group. To those fellow entrepreneurs, If you are in the stage where you are thinking about needing help…you need it! I highly recommend joining BiG.”
