BIG BLOG
Listening
BY JEFF REDMON/BREAKTHROUGH IMPACT GROUP

What’s a unique quality to have these days?
Listening.
No, not just hearing what people say but REALLY listening.
Recently, I visited my son’s family in Stevensville, Montana.
I couldn’t rent a bike to keep up my cycling.
Lucky for me, I met Chad Devall, owner of Red Barn Bicycles in Hamilton.
He set me up with an older bike that let me explore the spectacular sights of Sleeping Child Canyon.
Chad is my latest example of extraordinary service.
From his small shop, he makes every customer feel like they are the most important.
He easily won people over and took the time to listen between the words.
I’m a raving fan!
Do your customers rave about their experience with you or your company?
